Like the title says... is there a way to get better graphics than Ultra?

I'm playing on Ultra and the Game looks in the distance kinda ugly and not really smooth :/

The problem with the game is mostly bad graphics. This is obvious in the north where the bushes glow bright green, the trees are low res and also glow bright green, and there is super bright patches of grass everywhere. Really, the north looks like garbage. You can't make that look better by just changing up the settings. The bushes, trees, and grass need to be redone so they are less bright. Really, what in the hell is the deal with the hop bushes anyway? Why do they glow?

Saying that, some of the north looks great, but that is only where the trees and grass are darker and not competing for who is the brightest biggest eye sore around.

Turning down gamma helps, while turning down post processing only helps to a point. It goes from damn I'm blind from the bright green hop bush to damn that hop bush is bright green.
