How to save Solo/Co-op Game?

I made a solo/co-op game, wondering how to save it. Will it be here if I were to leave the game and come back? I built so much cool stuff I'm worried it won't be here when I come back.

You just quit. Everything is saved to the server.

It autosaves ever few minutes. So in the event of power outage or something you might lose a few minutes progress. Other than that, quitting the game will save it where you are at.

Than you have to copy the files from this folder .........\Steam\steamapps\common\Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Saved

into the same folder at the other computer

Whenever I want to play, I have to recreate character again (when I select continue, game won't continue). So, after I quite the game, ALL of my progress is lost as I cannot continue when I try to play again later.
Anyone know what could be happening or what I could be doing wrong? I always select Quit to leave the game when done, and currently am only playing solo.
Really sucks to have to start all over again each tie I want to play. Totally love the game though.

In short, I was experiencing the same problem. But I figured it was one hell of a learning experience (even if a bit frustrating).
There is something in the way it works when I tried running a coop on my own home server, it wouldn't preserve the game. I think it has something to do with logging in on the same computer.
I vaguely recall seeing some references to it.
I kept mulling it over in my mind a couple of days and decided to just lease a server. The yearly cost isn't bad at all. I set up my parameters up on it and admin it. (Once I read the instructions right).
At least my game is preserved now.
