movement and key binding

i cant even play the game, walking side ways, cant even walk in a straight line, this is a complete joke, i know this cant be a huge problem to fix or add diff options into key binding and movement options. needs fixed asap

HIt the V key and see if that fixes it. It sounds like you have the vanity camera on.

I have the arrow keys bound and it's the chat that gets in the way. You have to CTRL + T to make the chat go away and then you can move forward and backwards. A little inconvenient but I check chat when I am harvesting or in no great peril.

Although I do not know if pbsk01 is speaking about keyboard/mouse only...I have this walking straight issue when using Xbox 360 controller. It remaps everything with ease and seems to recognize it all natively. In game world all functions/movement is correct except the left analog stick moves diagonaly forward + right when you press the stick forward, and the opposite when you pull it back.

This type of behavior reminds me of when trying to use certain emulators in the past or when games did not properly natively support a gamepad. Given that it's a 360 though, and the other promising gamepad features already built-in, I am surprised this happens.

I was able to Change Keys Mouse Left/Right,Walk,Inventory,GUI. But since the New HOTFIX where I Lost All My Buildings. I can no longer Change Any KEY (This Sucks)

this morning i have broke my thumb mouse button 2 for sprint..
i cannot use left shift to keybinding , well i use v (for vanity ) for sprint and after i use leftshift to sprint , ok i can't use vanity now , but i can sprint is better !

Before the BAD HotFix! Ihad my Right-Mouse-Button for the #2 Spot / Left-Mouse-Botton for the #1 Spot.
Because I like My #2 Sword Which is in My Right Hand to be Used By my Right-Mouse-Button!
Which it was the way I set it Up before the Patch. Now I can not switch Ant Mouse Bottons on my Logitech G502 Mouse, Very Sad, Sad. Also Used to have My Wheel, Show Inventory when I Pushed Down on It

Was Able to Change a Lot os Keys to the F! to F8, like F! for Inventory Easy no Looking at KeyBoard.
