I can't wait for them to fix the infinite enemy aggro range
One of the most annoying about Conan Exiles is that enemies appear to have no drop off range (when they lose interest in you and go back to their starting location) when you aggro them and they will attempt to chase you to the ends of the earth or you decide to swim across a river.

Also the Imps are one of the most annoying enemies in the game, becuase they're the most comman enemy you can actually kill early game and hearing their roar when they notice you (from quite a distance away) can become grating.

I hate those sniper spiders that cripple you from the other side of the map with their deadeye rapid firing posion. Its really a treat when your running through an area and find yourself in the mist of 3-4 of those things, and as you try to flee crippled 12 times by their posion of course one of those hounds of hell will be nipping at your feet which you can't shake...

I take it you've never tried to swim away from those spiders only to be shot by them while swimming away, which get's you to turn around and see the spider (as well as the other enemies you aggro'd) still shooting you from the bottom of the river.

Wait what I out ran crocks, rhinos, elphants you name it and didn't get chased again unless I got close to them. Stop getting close or fight it. Oh and spiders I have ditched spiders plenty of times and those always aggro you, its like imps crocs, spiders etc are aggressive they will always chase a player if they see you.

Thing to learn is where you can personally go and not go. Its all learning expince I know quite a few safe routes, and dangours ones I avoid. And some times you just got fight your way through an area or go a diffrent way. Like where I am at in the north is near the river, but going up the water falls is 10 times more work then cutting through the platua area north of newb valley, I just go that way kill easy hyenas, only see one spider on the way to the base. I also hit the point I can solo crocs and what not so not an issue to go to high cro areas now.

Elphants are my big thing pretty easy to walk around now, but here and there I get one I jsut take it home and let the thralls kill it while I run in a circle lol

I find that the poison cure from Set helps while fighting lots of spiders. Wait for 4-5 to stack, then use cure.

As far as out running them, I've had issues as well, but now I use the cure, i just kill them all!

Yea, very iritating, but also challenging at thesame time which I like for now.
Isn't there a setting for it in ServerSettings.ini ---> MaxAggroRange=9000.000000

The only problem i have with mobs are the respawn rates. Way too fast.....or can you change that in the game on your own server? I've yet to play on the real servers as they took em down when i got the game. Playing a single game with the respawn rates as they are now is a real pain in the butt.

Yes. Setting it to 2500 or so seems to feel a lot better.

have the admin change the settings.... i cut the fallow in half for not in my server and they are now easy to out run and turn away!

Yeah, running away will work (unless hyenas) but the near instant respawn rate on mobs makes it impossible to clear a camp. I swear they respawn no more than 5 seconds after I kill them.

I'll add this in here rather then open a new thread, but it apears the Imp has gotten more annoying in the most recent patch and this is due to the Imp getting an attack range increase.

It will only become a problem if you are unable to move due to being overencumbered and waiting for an item to craft to decrase the weight your carrying, this is because the Imps attack range is now longer then most of the early game melee weapons (which shouldn't happen becase A: the Imp has shorter arms then you and B: has no weapon to extend his attack reach).
