Can't connect to my own server

I followed the steps for setting up a server. Ports open, forwarded, etc. All I get is this image http://imgur.com/a/wvf1m and nothing happens when I try to connect from the steam-server pages. Nor does my server show up on the in-game server lists

Thanks, this got rid of the handshake error but I still cant connect to the server

using the servers overview and entering an ip manually seems to not discover all instances of conan. I'm trying to join a server that worked yesterday but now only shows 2 instances of conan running, both are not the one I'm looking for. https://www.battlemetrics.com/servers/conanexiles/754204?serverRank=7D should be joinable, but is not for me... :/
