I7- 4510u 2.0ghz. 2.60ghz
8.00DDR3 ram.7.89usable
Graphic card : Geforce 840m

Can my laptop support this conan exile game? Or i have to upgrade my laptop or purchase new laptop?

The speed of the processor needs to be at least 3.0 GHz and at least 8GB RAM free, which means at least 16 GB as laptops are terrible for gaming.

And a Core 2 Duo 2.67ghz is my processor

So ya there ya go next time have half a brain I shouldn't have needed to those specs alone are WAY under what is even asked for minimum reqs for this game and by me just saying I had a Duo Core and a 550Ti you should have known that I was under.

Most of the reason you can't is because it's unoptimized and because you have a laptop. Laptop processors and graphics cards aren't as good as desktop ones.
I had a laptop with a GT 750m and some i7 processor (like 2.5 ghz I believe) that could hardly run anything. Now I have a desktop with an RX 480 and i5 6400 that can run most games in ultra, this one in medium.

And they have a Low End Laptop setting for this.

Ya, all graphics settings on minimum and 1280x720 resolution isn't good for most people.

OP, Sadly to say those specs dont look too promising, BUT there is a 'laptop mode' in the game , so if you want to test it to try , try it. The game does look horrid though in that setting,
