Uhm... I'm the kind of person that can spend 1 hour in customization to create my character and I don't mind this at all since it's early access.
Well too bad for you I guess?
Lmao.
Let me burst that bubble right now. It isn't, I never counted, but there were a good few. And all of them had better and more fleshed out character creators than this. Much better.
If you're fine with this good for you. But what basis do you have to attack me for wanting more?
We all want more too, but we do not demand it like you do.
Said that, I am the kind of person that restarts a game with 20 hours sunk in just because the nose of my char doesn't look perfect... and I mostly play 1st person :D
Good one, could you have had any higher expectations ?
Talking about high expections O_o
I love customization and they already have way more than Ark/Rust have since years...just saying.
But with that said, I don't care how many early access games you played and if they were 'more fleshed out' or not. Don't get me wrong I value your opinion I just don't agree with your conclusion that because 'others had it' there is a problem here. There are as others have pointed out far more important things to do.
Basic development practice is to prioritize items. The fact that other games had it could be because they waited longer to start early access, had a system on hand that they could reuse with little effort or just prioritized character creation higher (a common thing in some parts of the world where players are more keen on things like that, which is why you see typically far more elaborate character creation in, for example, Korean games).
