It's also described as 'An Ebony Black Sword'. :) Sadly, I can't seem to repair it so it must not be something that's supposed to drop.
Doesn't seem to be, still, cool that it's in there.
While both likely reference Stormbringer, based on the "shattered lands" description I think this is what it really refers to.
Edit: I suggest the following for named weapon drops:
1. Make their stats exceed those of the highest tier weapons that can be crafted.
2. Give them special powers, like life steal, speed boost, cloaking, flame/torch effects, etc.
3. Increase their durability to match their legendary status.
4. And/Or, make them mountable (like heads) so people can display their rare items on the wall.
