Correct ini for MULTIHOME= ?

I tried using -MULTIHOME= in the launcher bat file but thats not working well for me. Can someone tell me which ini file it goes in and under what heading?

Add it to your StartServer.bat. For example:

start ConanSandboxServer.exe -log -MaxPlayers=70 -QueryPort=27016 -MULTIHOME=192.168.1.*

Use your computers specific LAN IP if you're using a router. If directly connected to your modem, use your WAN IP.
