Wow, small world... I'm looking for the same question to be answered and the only spot that I can find where it is is where a buddy asked it a couple years ago. lol

I've found them along the river starting at the Dreggs, north of Sepemeru in the Oasis ponds, around the Mounds of the Dead and numerous other spots around the map. Sometimes they are a bit sparse so collect seeds when you can to grow them.

No need to grow them, they are all over the place along the river. Easy enough to get.

they are quite a large flower so I am suprised you can't find them, or didn't you know what they look like? Just be careful around nests you can forget to watch out for the shalebacks and have one stomp on you while you are searching lol
