Help!!! Can't hit anything :/

Hello, I am wondering if anyone knows a fix for a bug I got after a fight. Once the fight was over I could not move my sword or do anything with my right arm. This stops me from getting resources and building stuff and is really making me frustrated.

So far I tried restarting steam, joining a different server, verify cache.

Any tips would be help full.

When I've had that happen here, on occasion, I found I had accidentally hit the 'tilde' key and
had opened the console at bottom of screen.

IF that is not it, I have no idea. Perhaps if having a controller plugged in unplug all but mouse
and keyboard ?
