How to Sacrifice to Gods?

I have human hearts from NPCs but am not sure how to sacrifice them back at my Sepulcher of Set. I put them into one of my quick inventory slots and use but that doesn't seem to do anything. Tried putting them in the sepulcher's inventory but saw no difference there, either. Any ideas?

I'm lost too. I've tried dragging a slave to the altar but nothing happens. I cannot interact with it. Maybe someone can elaborate on this.

ok, so as far as 'SET' goes, you simply take the hearts and make antidote. that is how the sacrifice is made, and it gives manifestation.
