So, yeah, i have installed everything on everydamn site, and uppdated , everydamn thing on my computer, but the game STILL wont fcking start, i click it and this ♥♥♥♥ pops upp. i even uninstalled every damn C++ on the computer and ONLY installed the ones in the game. but STILL no start anyone? please? fix?

got the same problem. Tried alot.
When i try to reinstall Visual C++ 2015 from MC site than got these Error:
If i try to install the two x64 and x86 visiual c++ 2015 i get these error:

"0x80240017"

dont know what to do.

If i try to start conan from the steam folder i get the error you got.

i have even installed the 2017 version of the C++ still aint working >.< and its not like its a 5 gb game that takes 5 min to DL :<

Did you do windows updates?

I found this one https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2999226/update-for-universal-c-runtime-in-windows

But I would advise running windows update first.

Try installing the universal C runtime that I posted then. Don't forget to restart afterwards :)
