UI scale?

Does anyone know if there is a way to edit some file or something to adjust the UI scale? Some of my hotbar buttons are actually covering the lower part of my chat window.

Not entirely sure, but would changing the screen resolution help?

I've tried adjusting resolution from the bottom to the top and it doesn't change a thing. I've tried runnning in Fullscreen, Windowed and Windowed full screen. This also effects the in game map, it runs over on all sides. The other odd occurence is that even when I go to a 2560x1600 resolution the FPS doesn't even drop at all, normally run at 1920x1080.

Well finally discovered that running at a native resolution other than 16:9 creates the problem so the only way to get the UI scale proper is to change your native resolution to 16:9.

The only thing I can do at this point is to run a very odd resolution of I think its 1600 x 900, which at leasts gets the GIANT hotbar off my chat window. The strange thing is, if I alt tab(to check discord etc) it reverts back to some different UI that messes everything up again so I have to reset it each and every time I alt tab. This UI needs the alt tab issue fixed, and needs a UI scale slider as well as a UI edit mode implimented. Examples of great UIs can be found in Everquest 2, one of the best UI's in any game ever, and RIFT. Both can be very customized including moving seperate UI components AND changing the sizes of each component and both can have the settings saved for transfering those settings to other characters.

It's 2021 now and that damn issue got no fix. I run a 4K resolution at 3840x2160 on a 17" laptop and I feel like playing a game from early 2000 on a 800x600 damn old screen... what annoys me most is the text size above NPCS and players... it could be perfectly readable if it was 1/3 of its current size, dammit!!!
