Change server settings after creating co-op game?

I started a server with a friend via co-op and I want to tweak the orginal options such as xp gain, resource amount, etc. I don't see any option to do so, and the admin menu doesn't seem to be able to do it. Any advice would be great!

You can only do it by reseting our local co-op server and will delete all you have done so far including erasing characters.

Once in the game, press ESC, go to Settings, I believe the Tab on the far right is "Server Settings" can adjust everything in there any time you want without ever losing a thing =)
