No. Just purchase the ability to enter Early Access.

Plus like any "subscription based" game on steam you would literally see it on the store page stating so.

Just spend an hour on any free 2 play game with brazlians.. I dare you. ESPECIALLY if they're on your team.. you'll quickly understand my meaning.
