what fuel does the wheel of pain run on?

i have a long time ago... but if you look in the wheel of pain it says turn on/off and requires fuel

The Wheel is a Thrall converter How am i supposed to get thralls if i can't convert them? it wants me to put some stupid fuel inside which i can't figure it which that is i google'd it , it said ambrosia so i gave me via admin ambrosia still can't turn it on

You need to make "Gruel". It's the icon on the right side when you open the Wheel of Pain. Took me a while to figure out how to make it, basically, you need a campfire, Plant fiber and seeds. Then you put the gruel in the Wheel of Pain.

You need food. Gruel is the easiest to make (from plant fiber, seeds and a campfire), but other food should also work.
