(a) They deliver their boxes without testing.
(b) They take over half a day to deliver (competition takes less than 10 minutes)
(c) Their ticketing system constantly times out (took me over an hour to add my ticket)
(d) Of course no response yet
(e) Rates are too high (we paid $200 for 3 months - even if we didn't get ANYTHING it would be too expensive, there are cheaper and better providers out there)

No clue why Funcom made them their official hosting partner. Apparently all their resources and attention go towards the official servers, other customers are left in the rain.

There official servers are trash. stutter/lag/crash every 5 minutes havn't been able to play for more then 5 minutes at a time in a 3 hour period.

I concur. This is unprofessional. Just out of curiosity what other provider out there is getting good feedback i neeed a server ASAP?

they are worse than nitrado heh. Also another thing to remember is its always best NOT to rent from the Server provider that is hosting official servers because you will be stuck on the same machines with that extreme load.

I always liked Survival servers for Ark survival. Not sure how well they do with conan though.

If you have some knowledge of servers I would suggest renting a decent VPS and installing the game server yourself. You will then be able to manage resources and troubleshoot everything yourself, providing you have server admin (linux or windows) experience.

yes very unprofessional serverchoice and also i dont know what u call the profession of analysing/predicting how many people are gonna play, but even a kid knows that tripple a survival like ark has an average of 50k players, so this tripple a title with a franchise (conan) should at least get in 10k players. and it has nearly 15k now.

so why would they offer 4 pvp servers for 280 players lol, WTF MAN, whoever analysed/did that decision/judgement, should srsly get fired, hes not made for the job.

Usually I go with nitrado.de (I am German) and had several good experiences with them. (But I know others didn't like them, as a poster above :) I do not know if they offer Conan Exiles though, and do not know if their service in regards to Conan is good.

You are right, and I do have a quite good Ubuntu server up and running that's hosting my groups other games. But - typical for a lousy start - there's no support for Linux during Early Access, and I certainly will not add another Windows server or start messing with Wine. Returning the game and calling it "the usual bumpy Funcom release" is easier. :)
