Mods to make vr mode better?

Has anyone done anything to make it perform a bit better? I'm sure they used some outdated stuff to make it happen in the first place but vr mods are popping up all over the place to make other non-vr games into vr friendly (alien isolation, risk of rain 2, I think there's a rdr2 one also). Just wondering if anyone has found anything like that.

The old vr mode is long discontinued, its bascialy 100% broken, just play h3vr
