MVM Robot voice effect?

I like to dabble with Audacity alot and I just cant put my finger on what the effect is for the robots. I suggest its the tremolo but im getting nothing. I'm desprete to find out what this voice effect is!

Really bringing back a dead-asf post, but i just found out that Goldwave now has a browser-based audio editor that includes the Mechanise effect: goldwave.com/editor

I'm currently trying to figure out the exact steps - so far I have Mechanise (160Hz) and Flanger (Classic 2).

It's not only Mechanize (80 hz), but also flanger (classic 2, flanger 200%), bandstop and volume. Here is the tutorial, that was done just recently: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wUGb3uLszyQ&list=LL&index=2
