Completed Mann Vs Machine and got nothing?
So me and my friend Kizzitah completed a game of Mann Vs Machine on the newest map.
When we finally managed to complete the game the "item gained" screen popped up, and it gave items to the other players we were playing with and it skipped both me and Kizzitah.
So.. What to do?

realunch TF2 and you'll have the items.

We both re-launched the game and still no sign of the items

They will eventually pop up. I've had multiple games where I got nothing. Hours later it gave me credit for the map and gave me the items.

Same issue. Happened to someone else on the server. The end screen thing saying your progress/loot didn't even show up. I'm really upset. DX :P

EDIT: I had to restart TF2 two times and now I've got my "great" loot. XP

this happened to me yesterday i completed a tour and i didnt get my loot, i re launched tf2 and i got it.

i also have the problem. i completed the tour and my ticket is not consumed and i didnt get my loot. its my last mission and i lost a chance to get an australium :( pls fix this

i also played mvm 3 times and none of my tickets got consumed and i tryed redownloading TF2 and still nothing, also got proof that i was playing with people that got there loot and a screenshot of my loot(nothing).

.... when you are on the mission select screen and theres a hook next to the mission that means you completed it. if you try to play that mission again it WONT consume your ticket but you DONT get loot either. hope that helps.
