A mathmatical analysis of the BFB
The BFB has a initial deficit of 13% movement speed plus a permanent deficit of -2 clip size.

Movement speed price=$200/10%

Clip Size Price=$400/3 round of clip

So BFB's total deficit is $200*1.3+$400*0.67.

In total, $528 worth of disasvantages.

Now, the BFB's maximum movement speed, according to TF2 wiki, is 173% with full boost. Scout's default movespeed is 133%

Do the math. 173-133=40.

40% movespeed is equivalent to $800 worth of stats.

$800-$528=$272

So, essentially, using the BFB is $272 better than using stock.

Before you say "Oh, no double jump," look closer. 100 damage for full boost. Scout loses 25% boost per double jump. All he needs to do is hit for 25 damage with any weapon to refill the lost boost. It's negligible, and certainly not worth $272.

Conclusion: The BFB is objectively better in almost any situation than stock.

Now I'm not saying that the BFB is the best weapon and all Scouts that don't use it should be kicked. But it's in no way bad. The proof is right here.

Eh, fun is subjective, it can't be calculated. I personally find it fun to mow down bots with what looks like a Pancor Jackhammer, but it's not for everyone.

you will have to shoot robots every time you jump/ double jump.
