Two man premade could be acceptable as long as it's nothing more than a good teammate keeping you from failing in a pub full of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. No weird strategies like airblasting to drag a wave out and maximize damage, no Scout-pocketing, no personal walking Buff Banner, teammate stopping fighting on easy waves, etc.
Equipping Mad Milk is fine. I would assume things would be easier without Mad Milk, but use whatever weapons you want.
I'm expecting to have to settle for second-highest damage for Empire Escalation, Mannslaughter, and possibly Broken Parts and Desperation. "Close but no cigar" or perhaps a Medic-pocketed highest damage might work for those missions.
How good of a Money Soldier are you? I mean, I'm pretty sure I got through one of the Bigrock missions as Money Soldier having highest damage, but it was still obvious there was no functioning Scout on the team when looking at the money stats. Also, you'd have to make sure not to buy back, or that would show. Faking it would probably be as hard as just doing it for most of the missions.
I am not asking to cheat, I am saying people might just do that and send their screenshots that way for you to show.
Of course damage farming might happen to an extent, but the point is to show that Damage Scout is viable and often preferred on your average successful MvM server, which usually features bad players. Besides, bad teammates are necessary for the shock value of having HIGHEST damage, not just "high" damage.
After looking at tons of these stupid screenshots, I feel pretty confident in my ability to discern authentic Scout stats. Playing Spy, Medic, Sniper, or Engie would be impossible right off the bat because they all have unique stats that would show up on the scoreboard. Heavy would most likely have inordinately low tank damage outside of Empire. Demo and Solly would have inordinately high kill-to-damage ratios, as well as much higher Support scores on most missions than non-milk non-fan (okay, maybe I SHOULD make rules about the weapons) non-FaN Scout. Pyro would probably be the best bet, but even then it might be hard to consistently put up Scout-like money numbers. And to convince a pub to let you play Money Pyro. Plus, buybacks would be taboo.
Of course, it could still be faked, but I'm not entirely convinced it would be worth the effort. There IS a little bit of trust required.
