Highest DPS Possible?
With all upgrades.
Is it Beggars Banner Soldier, Heatmaker Sniper, Stickyspam Demo, or some completely different and probably obvious loadout I missed?
because I'm too lazy to do maths and stuff

Crit-boosted Brass Beast Heavy with 4 firing speed does 2x1080 DPS point-blank.
In comparison: BB Solly = ~360 DPS, HH Sniper = 500 DPS, Backburner Pyro = ~920.7 DPS

Got the very base from wiki, and just used a buncha' algoritms for counting their DPS.

You're all wrong...

The absolute highest DPS you're going to see will come from 14 crit stickies on however many bots you want to at one time. But that's just for that instant.


Oh....you were talking about DPS in the long run? Well too bad

it needs to be in different categories.

crit-boosted VS not crit boosted damage in the following categories:

group burst damage
group sustained damage

single target burst damage
single target sustained damage

tank burst damage
tank sustained damage

just saying X weapon does more than Y weapon is pretty pointless given that X will only fill role A and not roles B or C.

the most clear examples are heavy and spy DPS not meaning as much for tanks.

and now that that's out of the way, it might be something like this: (assuming free crits don't count the same as canteens or kritzenburg, as in spy, sniper, phlog, etc)

formatted as [crit boosted option], [free crits/no crit boost option], assuming maxed upgrades.

group burst is crit Sco Res and no-crit Sco Res
group sustained is crit Beggar's and no-crit charged phlog/heatmaker with EH (?)

single target burst is crit Sco Res and no-crit Sco Res (does spy do more DPS in this case??)
single target sustained is crit Brass Beast and backstab Spy

tank burst is.... crit Sco Res and... ♥♥♥♥ it
tank sustained is I don't even know. crit shortstop, beggar's, or canteen/wrangled sentry. no-crit sustained is the same + phlog pyro.
