MvM Cheat Sheet ready
So after playing Advanced MvM for awhile I decided it was time to learn Demoman. Then I found out (besides the fact I hardly ever play Demoman in PvP) that I have to set up my stickies in the right spot ahead of time. Then I found out I didn't know what was coming next. Then I found out I didn't even know what my priorities were at the time (walk stickies vs targeting something specific) or other wave specific information. I just responded according to what was incoming, on the fly.

I found the MvM wave profile pages, but I found them confusing and had information that was completely unnecessary, such as how much money a particular robot will drop. What I did need to know was the following: What is it; Where is it coming from; When is it coming; and How much of it. Also the MvM wave profile pages don't tell you where stuff is coming from...

So I borrowed a number of features from the wiki pages, and a web template, and sunk about month's worth of work into this. It has been spellchecked, HTML 4.01 validated and is verified accurate according to the actual .pop files (which are also included). I don't know how to make div code for a blue crit border on the icons but perhaps someone here might be able to tell me how.

It was mostly made for my reference, but I thought I should share it for the benefit of others. It covers only Mecha Engine, Two Cities and Gear Grinder. I don't plan on updating my uploaded version unless I make some drastic changes. My own personal version will get notes added or modified as I play it more and see interesting strategies (how about not running a Medic in TC? that's a good strategy) and stuff like Engineers putting Sentries on the rocks up front in Mannworks, et cetera.

To use it, just download it, unzip it, and open any HTML file. Each has a header image you can navigate to the others.

Here is the download link (54.5MB): https://www.dropbox.com/s/f2ab9yqrkwoovx9/MvM%20Cheat%20Sheet%20Folder.zip?dl=0

You may ask the following question, so I'll answer it ahead of time:
1.) Why have you not covered any other missions?
Because there are 29 total MvM missions and I don't have the time to do all of them. It takes about a day and a half to make a page, including verifying it properly. Or the interest. Or it could be that I don't play Intermediate or Steel Trap. I wish I could with 4 well qualified people, but I don't meet good crews very often. I did include the .pop files so you can add on to my page if you wish.

As far as I am concerned, you may use this material for any purpose you wish. I couldn't care less. If 10 people found it very, very helpful, that's good enough for me.

I should note, resetting wave 3 mannslaughter is a big no no.

Other than that, I really liked the maps. Very well detailed.

There's just a lot of material to critique. I can do some nitpicks on your Broken Parts section, but in the end they're just nitpicks.

A Phlogistinator Pyro, if he already has the MMMPH meter filled up, should not engage the Bowmen because it will not be worth the risk. Wait by the tank entrance instead.

I just camp the corner around the very first rock. I don't think I've ever been killed doing that. Just Damage x4, Health on Kill x1

I'm not really a fan of suggesting refund glitch. But pyro is great on that wave. It's very easy to build Mmmph off of the Fist of Steel heavies. Constant crit flamethrower with penetration tears through them.

I use this camping spot. It works alright as long as your teammates are around so that bots turning the corner are aggro'd on someone else. It's just the damn crit pyros that always mess me up

If not, this is how you hold the cave

Yes. I showed those specific spots in the Map Details page as good spots to camp the corner. Bots don't see a stream of flame sticking out from a corner.

For Broken Parts Wave 2, the reason I say that is there is no point of engaging the Bowmen as a Pyro when the rest of the team can handle them just fine, and because the MMMPH meter is already full, there is a chance you could die early. Then the tank spawns while you're back in spawn, and ... ugh. It's just not worth the risk.

I don't like suggesting the refund glitch either. I avoid using it when I can, because to me it's taking advantage of something that was not normally intended. A crack team doesn't need to switch at all because they're on top of everything, so it's just not a problem. Then it becomes a damage race on who can get the most pickings after the Demoman pops the stickies as soon as they drop.

And yes, those Pyros are annoying. Crit boosted, double damage, faster movement speed, ...

Oh goodness, that guy spent a month on decrypting a usual .pop file? Pf.
