Every Ticket has "Craft item" because its getting used up in a Mann Up game.
But the actual process of transforming a ToD ticket into loot is sort of like crafting, as far as the item server is concerned.
craftable= the ticket got uncrated as a bonus drop from a case.
doesn't really matter if it's craftable or not, since they both serve the same purpose,
the only difference is quanity, and thus price occasionaly, but they are the same
