only if the mission is bad and predictable like all of valves missions

and the shield removes all danger to using the kritz anyway so it's just one big joke

Meh
every medigun is ok, I prefer vaccinator to be quite honest
kritz is just really powerful as an ubercharge should be
Shame it's kinda boring

Every medigun is viable.
Well, stock is questionable, but it has it's uses when used properly.

The reason people say Kritz is the best is because MvM is about DPS, and Kritzkrieg gives more DPS. The usual counter-argument is that using mediguns that keep both you and your teammates alive and well is going to help DPS more than them dying constantly.

I'd suggest experimenting around and seeing what works for you.

medigun that literally makes you not able to die..... "questionable" well alright then.

To be fair, it's already quite hard to die in MVM, especially with upgrades
being invincible with no threat of death doesn't really matter (usually)

The reason I say the Medigun is questionable is because the other secondaries just do more in general.

Quickfix is better for healing and sheildspamming.
Vac is better for reviving and although it's not full invulerability, 75% damage resistance w/ full crit immunity at a much more rapid and consistent rate than stock is better than invinciblity every 40 seconds 9 times out of 10.
Kritz does it's own thing, but triple damage isn't anything to scoff at.

Plus, shield fulfills the role of making you and your heal target invulnerable better, since it's much more spammable, and can protect your entire team (instead of just you and the person you're healing).

I never said Medigun was bad, infact I said it was viable and has it's uses. I'm just saying there's a reason people usually yell at medics to switch off whenever they use stock medigun.

If they ever nerf or remove shield (which they should), then I can see it getting much more use by players in general.

stock uber is a beast for heavy pyro spy and demoknight because they don't have to reload

quickfix wont prevent dying from extreme damage, backstabs or busters

vacc is mediocre outside of revives

kritz offers no buff at all for the medic himself

Well yeah. The thing about MvM is that almost any loadout in the game can work if you abuse use the right upgrades and are experienced enough.

Whether or not it's optimal depends on who you ask, and to a certain extent, it doesn't matter.

Stock good, not the best for every situation. None of the mediguns are.
Hell-met Apr 15, 2021 @ 8:45am
shield makes QF or kritz the best in every situation hence why it should be deleted =)

????? vac, quickfix,
Those don't make you invincible, and their ubers are much quicker than stock off the bat

Going by the standard of "To be fair, it's already quite hard to die in MVM, especially with upgrades being invincible with no threat of death doesn't really matter" vac is even more useless than stock since nobody dies, at least with uber you can overheal faster. Your argument for why uber is not as viable just because of slight charge rate and "nobody dies" is bad.
