Are squad surplus vouchers worth it?

Recently been getting into Mann Up and wanted to hear whether people think that it's value for money.

Not really. You are paying $1.99 for an extra random drop when you complete a mission. You can do that for free by playing in a pub or doing casual and acquire the same amount of drops.

1.99 < scrap weapon tbh. hat drops are also not guaranteed, let alone high value. i saw this one person compare the voucher to the lotto, and i think he's right.

No chance of Australiums through it.
All you can get with it is a random weapon, craft hats in the drop system, paint and tools like name tags, description tags, decal tools and giftapults.

Its still like this 5 years later.
