If you leave mid-game do you lose your MVM ticket.
Could you please help?

Nah, essentially what happens is when you complete a mission, it will delete your ticket and then spawn items in for you. So if you have a single ticket, you could go through and play MvM forever if you just leave just before the end of the last round.
