Team Fortress 2
Why do noobs join EXPERT tours.
Seriously, just why?
They join Expert tours when they're not supposed to, uses bad weapons like bison or stock pistol.
Not to mention they become the 3rd engie and the 2nd scout.
Why is kicking them so bad when they're in places they're not supposed to be? (*cough* Expert)

The team needed all players to be more advanced to attempt an expert mission. I don't know why noobs try to join it. They are probably trying to see what it's like.

That's like saying "Be glad you have a computer" to someone whose computer doesn't work.

1. People tend to overestimate themselves, a lot of noobs consider themselves pros.
2. Bison isn't really THAT bad, but stock pistol is. It won't really matter THAT much anyways.
3. 2nd Scout is understandable, but 3rd engie is fine, provided that they know how to play(Sadly they are most likely to not).
4. Who said that? It's ok as long as you provide a clear reason to them before you do so.

Plus, if it looks stupid, but it works, it ain't stupid. I once solo-queued and ended up with 4 scouts 1 soldier 1 engiesomeone made a dumb strategy suggestion and another guy said "all scout" and they took it seriously. 2 guys refused to but stayed anyways and we still somehow finished the mission.
I don't know, you tell me. Why do you noobs join expert?

This. Everytime I queue up for expert in Mann Up, there's 0 players searching and less than 10 compatible games. But in the morning in EST it's 0's across the board.

To OP: Expert's a lot easier than you think. But you can't stick to the "holier than thou meta" that people push like pencils on Two Cities. You have to change to certain classes for each wave.

And? It exists now. Why not use it to your advantage?

Because it defeats the purpose of playing MvM in the first place. When planning and strategy can be ignored by using a legitimized exploit to make wvaes easy just so you can win games you shouldn't have just for loot, it's a problem.

Refund rips the fun out the game. It was intended for changing classes if people are stuck on a wave or a new guy joins and can't play the missing role.

I'm sorry, how are these two points any different? You just reiterated what I said after calling me a noob for saying the same thing.

Cuz it's cheap?

Never called you a noob?

Also there's a big difference between those.

You just plainly said you HAVE to change to certain classes to win expert.

I said it was intended for new joining player's or repeated failure.

Story time. Refund was limited to one use and was only unlocked after collecting a total of 50% money of the mission. This included failed waves.

Due a easy to perform exploit you gained it back. Instead of fixing it, valve made it permanent.

You aren't forced to refund you know. But the fella is right in one regard. It makes games far easier when you have no one else on except some idiot. And because Valve can't seem to fix a certain bug regarding players rejoining in MvM...

Plus it's far more fun to be able to change things up. It's nothing but a positive change. Though I guess it's up to your perspective really.

Why this fella seems to be solo queing for expert is beyond me though. The utter madman.
