Tf2 Hero Academy Items

I bought Hero Acadmey and its dlc to get the tf2 items that came from them and I havent gotten them yet. Its been like a week, how do i claim the hates and stuff that i am supposed to get?

Damn a whole week!? I just got the gold pack today too, when the promotion was still going on, it seems like everyone else is having the same issue, myself included. Some people have opened tickets with Valve and no one has gotten a response yet, and some have had their tickets open for over 24 hours or something like that.
