How to change My Graffiti tag

Hey Just wanted to know how i could change my graffiti, cause when i try to change it says that it couldn´t create a temporary file or something. Pls help me

"The image file can be uploaded to your spray list via the Multiplayer menu by selecting the spray of your choice to be imported from your steam directory. The image file must be in one of the following formats to work correctly: .jpg, .bmp, .tga or .vtf. All sprays must be below 256KB in size, or they won't show up in game." -official Tf2 wiki.

Hm,is it in your computer's temporary save files? If so, cut or copy (Whatever you prefer) it to your pictures folder, and it has to be lower than 256KB, in size like the quote says.

Use .vtf files, that would do

its really simple
all i do is get the picture save it somewhere i know i can find after i open the game
find it click on it and you add it to the lsit of spraies
