Mods/hud for seeing enemy hp

Since playing tf2 since 2010, I have heard of various mods and huds that let you see enemy hp (not talking about solem vow or spy). I never payed much mind to them untill now and not bothering to find them and can't find them in searching on google and bing. Once again don't say "MOODIC HAZ SOLEM VOW!" Or "SPOY CANZ!"

Seeing an enemy's HP in-game is a cheat. Are you asking how to cheat? I don't follow.

Actually, alot of players use them. It's not bannable, its basicly a HUD

I agree - seeing the health is wrong. However you can see how much damage you are doing by switching ON the "see damage as text" option from the advanced options menu. This is more of a testing tool however and few people leave this on all the time.

I hope you're joking, I still don't get why people ever turn off damage numbers

Anyways, I'm pretty sure OP is talking about seeing HP in spec mode, aka while dead. Most custom huds will offer that option.
