You go into the past, kill Notch, become him, create Minecraft, and so on.

Just kidding, you can't get it. Only one exists, and Notch has it.

There is only one in existence and that belongs to Notch himself.
It all started when Ol' Notch went to play TF2. When he said he was Notch, no one belived him.
So, Valve made the Top Notch hat for him.
As a joke, one of the creators of it( I think it was Robin Walker) said it made him take 20% more damage, but it didn't.

#1. buy gift wrap in tf2
#2.find notch and then trade him the gift wrap
#3. beg for it
#4. u get it
#5. Notch hacks yur accounts and steal it back as well as all yur stuff
