Pyro Shark Set

The polycounts may be gone, but this is would be worth bringing sets back for:

Pyro Shark

Hat: Hammerhead head with eyes over Pyro's Mask
Misc. 1: Large dorsal fin on back
Misc. 2: Shark Tail
Required weapon: Neon Annihilator

Bonus: User can breathe underwater

Also, this would NOT be a Halloween costume. F*ck valve and their holiday/full moon restricted sets.

Bad idea.
Making Pyro, a 175 hp offensive class, that though its flamethrower and other flame stuff doesnt work, with a shotgun and weapon that can crit underwater, breath underwater? No thank you.

Weapon or cosmetic sets shouldn't have a gameplay buff, this would make hats and P2Pness affect actual gameplay.
