TF2 default launch options?

so i recently tried to adjust my tf2 launch options from within the properties for the game in the steam library. it ended up being very glitchy and wonky, so i went back and deleted all the options that were typed in. now it is glitchy, wonky, and the window tf2 plays in is smaller than it should be; but when i move my mouse around the screen, it acts as if it was in fullscreen mode (buttons become highlighted if i move my mouse where they would be in fullscreen mode). When I manage to get it to play fullscreen, the graphics are low quality and many parts of the game are broken and disproportioned. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling tf2 to no avail. I am running on a mac, and I don't know if that makes a significant difference other than the whole macs sucking thing.

tl;dr version - i ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up, can someone who hasn't tinkered with their launch options tell me what the default ones are and see if that fixes the problem?

try -autoconfig in launch options. it will restore tf2 to default settings for your system......or at least thats what the descriptions sorta says. i did it after messing with the lauch options too.

I've tried the exact same thing with the auto config it doesn't help.
