Sorry, Bru. The new rules is made so you have to be on an Online server with real people (including bots together with the humans, since you still play with humans).
That is special, cuz they said in the new rules that you wouldn't get any drops Offline...
"Is connected to a VAC secured server.
Is responding to in-game drop notifications while not utilizing external programs to do so.
Is running only one instance of the game.
Is not in textmode."
So as long as your offline server is VAC secured (I think they are by default), you aren't in textmode, and you are actively responding to the notifications, then you should be fine.
Still, I didn't knew they were VAC-secured...
