Good Scout Loadouts with Soda Popper?

I have been having a lot of mixed opinions on soda popper loadouts. here are a few, could you tell me which ones are the best?

Guillotine
Sandman

Mad Milk
Candy Cane

Crit-a-Cola
Fan-O-War

i think the stock pistol ( you can use also the luger- it's just a re-skin)
is the best with Soda popper.

The fifth with the pistol and boston basher, especially if you replace the soda popper with stock scattergun (I know it's against the rules but it's masterrace loadout).

I used the following set for a long time:
Soda Popper
PBPP
Atomizer

Now I use all Stock (Botkiller, Strange, Strange, yay.)

More of a loadout centered around Mad Milk than the Soda Popper, though.

You want a damaging secondary to channel the minicrits, so it's going to be either of the Pistols.
Melee should be an utility tool, as you won't be using it for damage too much.

Personally, I'd go with Pocket Pistol and Atomizer for extra mobility and extra health.
