Does the Powerjack have 20% damage vulnerablilty when out or always?

Looked through the wiki for a little bit. The damage vulnerability is only in effect when the powerjack out.

Mostly just for getting to objectives quicker. I wouldn't really use it in combat due to the damage vulnerability.

It's basically the GRU for the pyro. It's good for utility, but it's now worse for its original purpose of killing an enemy to get health.

Yeah, if the vulnerability was active all the time. I don't think the powerjack would ever see the light of day. Just the darkness of player's backpacks, waiting to be made into scrap.

Guys guys the TF2 wiki is a thing that exists, it's helpful for ambiguous (it says when active on the item itself but whatever) item descriptions like this. http://wiki.teamfortress.com/wiki/Powerjack - confirms it's a "when active" attribute.

It was always good, it's just that the Axtinguisher is better. It's still pretty useful for bashing Snipers/Spies/low health people for the health boost, you'll usually walk away with more health than you engaged with unless you tried to use it like an axtinguisher and attack a Soldier with it.
