What is Pyro? A new hint!

Most of us can conclude that Pyro is a gay male, thanks to Matt Pat's game theory, but that's just a theory. But while I was playing Sonic and All-Stars Racing Transformed, I played through Graveyard Gig as Team Fortress. Anyone who's gone through there would know about the lightning rods. Anyhow, Once the lightning rod struck Pyro, I was surprised to see his skeleton: Her gas mask was part of it's skeleton! So NOW what do you think about Pyro? Was this just a simple lazy graphic, or is SEGA butting in to our Unidentified Arsonist? Is the Pyro even HUMAN to begin with?

And I didn't notice any of this, but thanks to you commenters, the Pyro's spine looks weird as well. The Soldier has no idea about how right he was when he called Pyro "spineless".

So far, the results are that Pyro is a Spinal distorted hippie-ish being who's mother abandoned him. Anything else to add to the list? We need possible ideas with proof, people!
