Forced/Fake/Hacked Voice chat?

I'm not sure what happened, but during the last CTF match I played online, I saw that my name had randomly shown up in the voice chat. Suddenly the voice chat had an extremely vulgar recording playing under my name. The thing is, I have never used voice chat as my mic is incredibly sensitive and picks up a lot of background noise. I don't even have the key set. Someone else playing in the same sever had to have used some sort of external program or something to make it look as if I was the one playing the recording. Unfortunately I didn't have enough time to find out who, because there was a vote to kick me out within seconds the recording started playing.

What was going on here? Did someone just hack voice chat or something?

Maybe it was a certain server's feature or they changed their name to yours?

Well there are people who have a program where there usernames are randomly changed to the usernames of the people in the sever. that way they can't be reported because they keep changing names into other peoples names.
perhaps this guy change his username into yours because he knew he could not be caught.

The voice chat is not hacked what happened was a hacker bot took you name and spammed voice chat by saying rude stuff to get you kicked
