Why is the strange kritz so expensive when no one plays medic?

It's tf2 trading logic. I'd love for Valve to rerelease the Strange Kritzkrieg to show the hoarders that the Beanie Baby mentality gets you nowhere.

Yep, crate 30.

It must cost alot, Because I think it's the rarest thing you can get from the crate other then an unusual. I think that crate 30 doesn't drop anymore either so that must be why it costs so much.

And when it did drop, you needed to have one hell of a luck to get one. Salvaged Crates are rarer than any other drop. And the way it levels up (through kill assists) and the fact that it's a very viable medigun makes it very wanted. It's also rare as hell.

Funnily enough, I saw a guy on Outpost that had hoarded what seemed to be nearly EVERY strange Kritzkrieg and was attempting to buy them all.

I traded for my kritz back when they first came out. Traded it for a S. machina I had unboxed. Back when the machina was 9 keys and kritz was 8. I say I got the better end of the deal.

Stock is very viable too. I remember when it was worth a couple keys, now it's super cheap because so many have been unboxed. That's awesome I didn't know it ranked up on assists.

I think it's lame how the ''coolest'' stranges come from salvaged crates. I want a strange ullapool caber, gunslinger, frying pan or kritzkrieg so bad. I think that those current stranges should revert to a ''salvaged'' quality and the strange versions would come out in normal crates.

Strange kritz costs 35 keys and crate 30 costs 30 keys, there are only 4000 strange kritzs and less and less crate 30s as they rae being uncrated and cannot be found any more
