Scout's big thing is his speed and love of baseball...so...lets connect a few....vaguely related dots here....why not..."Popfly"? Since in baseball when a batter hits a popfile its a fairly good chance he's screwed himself.

Keeping with Engie's "Texas" theme. You could also call it "Quicker Draw"....as if to imply the sentry is faster than the scout.

I'm not sure if something Scout related would actually insult a Scout very commonly, because the Strange Gunslinger would only pop up if you melee'd someone to death, right? If a mini sentry kills someone, it'd just be the mini sentry.
