Nope, they are only from crates or bribing traders.

Sadly not. Strange items can only be unboxed from crates.

No, sorry to dissapoint. And you can't find Strange parts or attach Strange parts to normal weapons. I suggest, rather than opening a crate with a key to get a strange weapon, use said key to trade for the Strange weapon you want.

Wouldn't it be cool if there was a "Rare" item trait that you could only get from a rare item drop.

No, they can't. Oddly enough though, I found a clean dropped 'Full moon kills' strange part.

Yeah, someone in a orange server once dropped the exact same part you did.

No wonder they are called "strange".

we should probably mention that strange botkillers are only earned when playing mann up, not from crates or robocrates.

You can get it in a drop in MvM, but again that cost money
