Cannot move forward or backwards. Not my keyboard, only TF2.
I just randomly stop beign able to move forward or backward. I can strafe left and right, and do everything else normally. When I use those keys for anything else like typing, they work fine. This only happens in TF2. Please help!

Rebinding does nothing, restarting is a temporary fix, it starts up pretty quickly after that. If it was a one time thing, I wouldn't have posted this.

I normally restart and it works fine after that happens.
Try to see what you do right before that starts.

Restarting to fix isn't a solution when it happens that regularly. Resetting to default didn't help either. I don't do anything unusual when launching the game or when playing when it breaks.

You submitted a bug with the bug reporter, right? If not, that's all I can think of that you can do.

Having the same issue. MVM works fine, but standard games it breaks. Issue just started, nothing custom on the PC, and just re-installed for halloween.

Toss that in your config.cfg somewhere, or just type it in console

..Or alternatively, just set them in the keybinds options, lol

I'm having a similar issue... but whenever I move my mouse my whole keyboard locks up and I have to push a key 2-3 times for it to do anything. I've restarted, verified game cache, reset all to defaults, and even took apart my keyboard to check to see if that was the issue. I came to the conclusion that it is in fact something with TF2, but I don't know what.

In what terms of restarting? Restarting the PC, Tf2 itself, or the match?
