Suppose, though you could call it Team Treachery or something, I mean you already can wear red hats on Blu and blue hats on Red, so what would the difference be?
Suppose you have a point there
you know this game is based around quick recognition right?
thats why each team wears such distinct colors, thats why each class has a different silhouette
But once again you can wear Red on Blu and Blue on Red as it already is, not to mention plenty of other weird colors and even unusual hats that can make it a little difficult to say, oh that guy's Red or that guy's Blu. But like I said it was just a thought.
no you absolutely cant, there is no BLU item that can be painted RED and theres no RED item that can be painted BLU, as i said, the game was DESIGNED around quick recognition, this goes completely agaisnt that
is the difference between TF2 and Battlefield, in which you can barely tell in which team a player is let alone what class he is, absolutely terrible, one of the many things wrong with the design in many BF games
What I meant was that you can pick up colors like Similar to Slate which is a bluish color and a color like Dark Salmon injustice which is pinkish red kind of color. And then you can wear that item on either team.

a world of difference
Fair enough, in the end it was just an idea so I really don't care. Though you can't tell me that if you saw a Red soldier wearing Slate or even the uncolored blue or a Blu soldier wearing Salmon or the uncolored red that you'd confuse them for the wrong team, not to mention looking at their bodies or the color of some weapons tend to show you what team they're on anyways.
