Does steam accept Visa Electron or Maestro credit cards?
A few months ago I turned 15 and in Bulgaria when you are 15 you can have a credit card. Sadly the cards which you can get when you are from 15 to 18 y/o are only Visa Electron and Maestro. Anyone know? I can see at amazon.com that you can use them but in steam?

Steam Support has a section on accepted payment methods, try checking there

You should be able to use Visa Electron.
