Online games keep on dissconnecting

Well i need help i keep disconnecting from games on tf2 after 1-5mins and it is getting fustrating its making me not want to play games online, Details of my computer its new 1 month old and it has a wireless card at the back of the rig. and its facing the wall when i play games on xbox its fine and watching vids and downloading games is fine (on pc) its yust when i play games it disconnects. I just want to know what i can do to stop this.
