Domination means you were silly enough to get killed three times, I don't consider that as mocking.
No, it's three deaths by that person or with that person assisting, without you getting an intervening kill or assist.
And as for the OP... meh. If I'm playing support pyro, I *expect* to die while stalling ubercharges, clearing stickies or the like. That's fine, and it can often be a fair trade -- preventing an ubercharged demoman from taking down a crucial nest by fouling up his aim for his eight seconds of invulnerability is worth dying.
If I'm playing Soldier and utterly failing at dueling another Soldier, that'll *annoy* me (although again it's a trade I'm willing to make if it's because I'm picking his Medic and he's taking revenge each time...), but it won't really make me focus on that person -- I still push for objectives, including suicidally maintaining a capping attempt to buy time for the rest of my team to arrive or the like. A win while dominated is better than a loss while dominating.
It is a tactical exploit that the one dominating uses by steal killing. Not by actually looking for the best player in the game and trying to kill them.
I personally lol everytime someone dominates me because I already know its just an ingame exploit just like the mini-game duel. Anyone try to play me 1 vs 1 is done.
