Help on Level 99 hats?

I just crafted a level 99 gentlemans ushunka. I know lvl 99 is a collecters level which is ALOT. But idk how much. Plus is there a good trading place where people can actually see its level 99 without ignoring my trade.

A special level (i.e. 100, 99, 69, 42...) is typically only another scrap or so, and then only if the buyer prefers it.

i wouldnt say a leval changes the price, sure some people want hats with a certain leval but it wont change the price by much

most collectors levels i see selling good are 42 69 and 100 not many 99 but good luck selling anyways

Secondly, no, nobody cares.

Very few people care about item levels and even then they probably won't pay much more for it.

I think you're confusing item levels with craft number.

Craft numbers below 100 are what people care about more.

The difference being though, that calling somebody a stupid ♥♥♥♥♥♥ is just a straight insult. You're right, it doesn't always work, obviously. In this case though I'm just trying to get across that I'm not trying to come off as rude.

If people don't want it dude they don't want it.

For example I have burned levels 42, 69, 100 and I'm sure 99 as I complete some hat collector chem sets I doing. Levels mean nothing to me and I would not pay more.
